Morning Speaker: Mary Lucas

Mary Lucas, author of Lunchmeat & Life Lessons: Sharing a Butcher's Wisdom, is an internationally recognized speaker, sharing insights and lessons she has learned through her career as a renowned staffing professional. Mary has 35 years’ experience in the staffing industry, or as she likes to call it, the people business.  Having climbed the corporate ladder from an entry-level customer service role to a C-level executive position, her professional background includes sales, marketing, operations, training, service delivery, talent acquisition, and organizational and executive coaching.

Afternoon Speaker: Donna Craig

Donna is the Founder and President of Leadership Resources LLC, a franchise partner office of Leadership Management International, Inc. (LMI) She emphatically believes that people are the greatest resource in building successful organizations. Her business, Leadership Resources, LLC, specializes in personal and organizational training and development. With experience from retail to academia to owning 2 businesses, Donna's clients have the advantage of her 25+ years of experience in the fields of sales, management, recruiting, people development and strategic planning.

Afternoon Speaker: LaNesha Washington

LaNesha Washington, SHRM-CP, is a certified Human Resources professional with over 10 years’ experience working in both the public and private sectors. LaNesha holds a bachelor’s degree in strategic communication from Wichita State University, and a master’s degree in human resources management from Webster University. LaNesha is currently the Human Resources Manager at Johnson County Parks and Recreation.
