2019 Leadership Intensive

The Leadership Intensive is an, individualized, competency based leadership development program that meets participants where they are at! It utilizes an innovative and proprietary behavioral change model (developed by Mr. Hill) that is based on “21 days to establish a habit, and a blended learning approach. The program has been designed specifically for this vital sector and to accelerate demonstrated knowledge acquisition of Director level leadership competencies.

The program will teach and instill the 4 competencies of today’s effective Director level leader.  They were developed through Mr. Hill’s work with over 600 Departments/Agencies across the United States, Canada and Australia, 168 Community based projects and his own 35 years of executive level leadership experience. The four competencies have been tried, proven and successful.

First Meeting:

Thursday, March 7th - Friday March 8th : 2p-TBD

o The three phase program includes

 Phase 1

  • Scan and Establish the baseline

-Gathering feedback regarding participants performance through survey of those they work with and self-evaluation

-Creation of an individual leadership development plan for each participant with clearly defined growth goals and action plans.

-Face to Face “launch” to build the trusting relationships that create the “pre-conditions” for behavioral change.

Phase 2

  • The 12 week intensive – Learn the leadership approaches the times require

-4 Live workshops via live video streaming (one every three weeks)

-4 one on one personal coaching session with Mr. Hill (one every three weeks)

-Weekly reinforcement and motivational emails

-2 performance surveys to gauge progress and accountability(these are sent to the same individuals that were scanned in phase 1)

-Weekly personal journaling

-A Learning Portal containing on-demand video & MP3 archives of all sessions, all materials and support forum for the dynamic exchange of information with other participants.

-The Learning Portal will become an asset to the participant, available for use after the program is complete.

Phase 3

  • 9 months of supported implementation to solidify the learning

-6 personal one on one coaching sessions with Mr Hill, focusing on “Day 1” ready preparation.

-3 Live workshops via live video streaming (one every three months)

-Bi-monthly reinforcement and motivational emails

-6 Leadership Intensive pod cast, interviews with top Directors from across North America, who will share their wisdom.

-2 performance surveys to gauge progress and accountability (these are sent to the same individuals that were scanned in phase 1 and 2)

  • Certificate of Completion given to all who complete the program
  • Certificate of Achievement for those that show demonstrated growth and attainment of personal goals.
